Roasting
The quality of our coffee lies predominantly in the roasting process. At La Casa del Caffe, our master roaster Tony Colley has 20 years experience roasting coffee and is dedicated to producing premium-quality coffee.
La Casa uses the traditional hot air roasting method and five types of A-grade beans including 100% Certified Rainforest Alliance beans to create its signature Tropicana Blend, named after Darlinghurst's Tropicana Caffe, producing a soft body, low acidity, highly aromatic, smooth-flavoured Italian-style espresso with a rich hazelnut and persistent crema.
